Los Diseños Ergonómicos es un tema de carácter prioritario a tratar hoy en día para todo tipo de organización, ya sean estas públicas o privadas, mediante el cual se buscan realizar una gestión continua en el mejoramiento y actualización del mobiliario de sus puestos de trabajo, para así prevenir las enfermedades profesionales (musculo esqueléticas) al que los colaboradores de los departamentos administrativos se encuentran expuestos, haciendo énfasis en la seguridad industrial e higiene de los procesos en la Cooperativa de ahorro y crédito Oscus Ltda. Se debe considerar, las posturas para realizar un trabajo, las normas ergonómicas y medidas antropométricas que debe poseer el mobiliario, el correcto movimiento y acople que debe tener la maquina con y el ser humano. En síntesis es claro que los diseños ergonómicos tienen una incidencia directa en la adquisición de enfermedades profesionales, las mismas que perjudican a largo plazo la salud de los colaboradores.
