El presente trabajo de investigación me ha permitido determinar como la falta o ausencia de comunicación intrafamiliar ha desencadenado en una serie de conductas negativas agresivas e impulsivas, en los estudiantes de los 8vos años de Educación General Básica de la Escuela Fiscal “General Córdova”, que después de realizar el análisis e interpretación de las encuestas, los resultados arrojan la dificultad que existe en el proceso de la comunicación en casa, como la falta de asertividad en el proceso de comunicación, la dificultad de saber escuchar, la poca interpretación del lenguaje no verbal y la ausencia de dialogo en casa por esta razón ha sido necesario la creación de un manual de comunicación intrafamiliar para que contribuya a lograr mejores relaciones familiares, y que de esta manera los estudiantes disminuyan aquellos comportamientos disruptivos que han venido afectando su proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje pero sobre todo sus relaciones interpersonales.
