La empresa “FREVITRANSPORT CIA. LTDA.”, inicia su actividad en el año 2013, ubicada en la provincia de Tungurahua, cantón Ambato Av. Pichincha Alta y Los Incas, se dedica a prestar los servicios de transporte para materiales de construcción, contando con diferentes tipos de transportes como tráiler, volquetas, camionetas etc. La investigación desarrollada permite llegar a concluir que la empresa no dispone de un control interno de logística de transporte, este es la causa principal de la organización en la actualidad, al no realizar las actividades de manera correcta y el desaprovechamiento de los recursos tanto material como humano, provocando el malestar del personal que labora en la misma y de igual manera de los propietarios. La información con datos obtenidos de la investigación son de gran utilidad para establecer una visión más amplia de la situación del control interno del proceso logístico del servicio que presentan la empresa, en la que se puede identificar un deficiente control inadecuado en las funciones y actividades que desarrollan, no poseen una administración adecuada, además de no contar con una estructura de control que permita llegar a los objetivos y metas trazados por la empresa con eficiencia y eficacia. La propuesta planteada fue de presentar un instrumento de evaluación del control interno, aplicando el método COSO para poder identificar los inconveniente que se presentan en la empresa, partiendo de evaluaciones de cada componente del modelo, que se deberá realizarlos de manera responsable ya que con estos resultados se podrá realizar la valoración correspondiente e identificar los errores y resolverlos inmediatamente, mejorando así los procesos y llevar un mejor control interno.
The company "FREVITRANSPORT CIA. LTDA. ", Started its activity in 2013, located in the province of Tungurahua, Ambato Canton Av. Pichincha Alta and the Incas, is dedicated to provide transport services for building materials, with different types of transport and trailer , dump trucks, vans etc. The research developed allows reaching the conclusion that the company has no internal control of transport logistics, this is the main cause of the organization today, to not perform activities correctly and the waste of material and resources human, causing discomfort personnel working in the same and likewise of the owners. The information obtained from research data are useful to establish a broader view of the state of internal control of the logistics process of presenting the company services, which can be identified poor inadequate control on the functions and activities They develop, do not have adequate management, in addition to not having a control structure that allows it to reach the objectives and goals outlined by the company efficiently and effectively. The proposal made was to present an instrument of evaluation of internal control, COSO applying the method to identify the problem that is presented in the company, based on evaluations of each component of the model, which must be performed responsibly and with these results will make the corresponding assessment and identify errors and resolve them immediately, improving processes and keep better internal control.
