El trabajo de Investigación da a conocer uno de los factores, que se ha observado, a través del Proyecto Centro de Erradicación del Trabajo Infantil que se ejecuta en el GAD Parroquial de Izamba que es “ESTILO DE FORMACIÓN FAMILIAR Y EL TRABAJO INFANTIL EN EL PROYECTO CENTRO DE ERRADICACIÓN DEL TRABAJO INFANTIL EN EL GAD PARROQUIAL DE IZAMBA.” El problema revelado mediante la investigación de campo, se procedió a la elaboración del soporte teórico que permite la comprobación de las variables planteadas: Estilos de Formación Familiar (Variable Independiente) y el Trabajo Infantil (Variable Dependiente) recopilando información en base a libros, artículos e internet la información obtenida de la investigación se procedió a diseñar una propuesta de solución a la problemática implementando un protocolo de intervención la cual busca proponer estrategias de intervención guiadas por el área de Trabajo Social ayudando a mejorar los Estilos de Formación y Erradicando el Trabajo Infantil. Es un documento con información importante encaminado a mantener una buena relación familiar rompiendo mitos generacionales, valorando los derechos de los NNA, ayudando a que los niños, niñas y adolescentes sean respetados y que cumplan su desarrollo con actividades propias de su edad.
The research work reveals one of the factors, which has been observed, through the Project Center for Eradication of Child Labor that runs in the Parochial Gad of Izamba which is "STYLES OF FAMILY TRAINING AND CHILD LABOR IN THE PROJECT CENTER FOR THE ERADICATION OF CHILD LABOR IN THE PAROCHIAL GAD OF IZAMBA. "The problem revealed by the field research, proceeded to the development of the theoretical support that allows the verification of the proposed variables: Family Training Styles (Independent Variable) and the Child Labor (Dependent Variable) collecting information based on books, articles and the internet, the information obtained from the research proceeded to design a solution proposal to the problem by implementing an intervention protocol which seeks to propose intervention strategies guided by the area of Social Work helping to improve Training Styles and Eradicating child labor. It is a document with important information aimed at maintaining a good family relationship by breaking generational myths, valuing the rights of children, helping children and adolescents to be respected and to fulfill their development with activities appropriate to their age.
