El presente proyecto investigativo, se realizó a la empresa de confecciones de ropa deportiva PISCIS SPORTS del cantón Ambato provincia de Tungurahua, nos indica que se necesita realizar una auditoría de gestión, para dar a conocer la importancia de la correcta toma de decisiones y las actividades a realizarse por parte del personal, ya que no cuentan con la suficiente información sobre sus actividades y la ejecución de estas, lo que generan deficiencias en el proceso realizado, y esto afecta de forma negativa a la empresa, ya que se identifican parámetros como el inadecuado control, falta de información financiera real y por ende se toman las correcciones necesarias a tiempo. El propósito de la Auditoria de gestión, es dar al personal una herramienta para tener un conocimiento claro y conciso de las actividades que desempeñan y sea este el punto de partida para el mejoramiento de los procesos en el departamento de producción. La implementación de una auditoria de gestión, logrará la consecución del cumplimiento y la mejor toma de decisiones, y por ende la consecución de los objetivos gerenciales, he allí lo importante del desarrollo del mismo. Finalmente el proyecto establece un modelo de Gestión para la toma de decisiones presentando a la empresa formatos de control que permitan gestionar un manejo óptimo de recursos y una medición de las actividades realizadas por el personal y la toma de decisiones de la alta gerencia.
The present investigative project, it was made to the clothing company PISCIS SPORTS in the canton of Ambato province of Tungurahua, indicates that a management audit is necessary to make known the importance of correct decision-making and the activities to be carried out by the personnel, since they do not have sufficient information about their activities and the execution of these, which generate deficiencies in the process carried out, and this negatively affects the company, since they are identified parameters such as inadequate control, lack of real financial information and therefore do not take the necessary corrections in time. The purpose of the Management Audit is to give staff a tool to have a clear and concise knowledge of the activities they perform and be the starting point for the improvement of the processes in the production department. The implementation of a management audit, would achieve the achievement of compliance and better decision-making, and therefore the achievement of management objectives, there is what is important in the development of the same. Finally, the project establishes a management model for decision making by presenting the company with control formats that allow management of an optimal management of resources and a measurement of the activities carried out by the staff and the decision-making of senior management
