El sistema automatizado contra incendios en base al agente Novec – 1230 está formado por elementos capaces de detectar el incendio sin intervención humana emitiendo una señal que activa la alarma para que los ocupantes de las instalaciones tengan tiempo de evacuar y evitar así daños personales; el sistema contra incendios está elaborado a base del agente Novec -1230 que es un líquido que no daña el medio ambiente. La creación de un producto contra incendios en la empresa Extint Marc, ayuda a satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes por ende se creará fuentes de trabajo al posicionar la marca de la empresa. Debido a esta razón el presente proyecto de emprendimiento se ha enfocado en realizar un estudio de mercado, que permita fundamentar la necesidad de adquisición sistemas automatizados contra incendios en base al agente Novec - 1230 por parte de los clientes del cantón Ambato, obteniendo como resultado una Demanda Potencial Insatisfecha Real (DPI) de 240 sistemas automatizados, a un precio de 1951 en el año 2017 el mismo que se proyectó con una tasa de inflación del 1,09%, y finalmente se estableció los diferentes estrategias de comercialización. De esta forma la propuesta resultante se direcciona al estudio financiero, ya que se realizará el análisis de unidades monetarias necesarias para la inversión de la creación del producto, para lo cual se verificará la viabilidad y factibilidad del presente proyecto por medio de los indicadores financieros como son: el Van, Tir, tasa de retorno, con la finalidad de conocer la ganancia de acuerdo a varios parámetros para su implementación como es: tasas de interés, inflación, IVA, impuesto a la renta, etc., por lo tanto, es importante conocer la situación actual del mercado en el que se va a desarrollar el emprendimiento y los elementos que pueden afectar su ejecución.
The Novec - 1230 automated fire - fighting system consists of elements capable of detecting the fire without human intervention by emitting a signal that activates the alarm so that the occupants of the installations have time to evacuate and thus avoid personal injury; the fire-fighting system is based on Novec-1230 agent, which is a liquid that does not damage the environment. The creation of a product against fire in the company Extint Marc, helps to satisfy the needs of the clients, thus creating sources of work by positioning the brand of the company. Due to this reason, the present project of entrepreneurship has focused on carrying out a market study, which allows to base the need to acquire automated fire systems based on the agent Novec - 1230 by clients of the canton Ambato, resulting in a Real Unsatisfied Potential Demand (DPI) of 240 automated systems, at a price of 1951 in 2017 the same that was projected with an inflation rate of 1.09%, and finally established the different marketing strategies. In this way the resulting proposal is directed to the financial study, since the analysis of monetary units necessary for the investment of the creation of the product will be carried out, for which the viability and feasibility of the present project will be verified through the financial indicators as Are: the Van, Tir, rate of return, with the purpose of knowing the profit according to several parameters for its implementation such as: interest rates, inflation, VAT, income tax, etc., therefore, is Important to know the current situation of the market in which the enterprise is going to develop and the elements that can affect its execution.
