Sublínea de Investigación: Gestión de sistemas de planeación y control de producción de bienes industriales
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad la implementación de un Sistema ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) en la empresa ECUATRAN S.A, para lo cual se realizó un análisis del método de planificación y control de producción que utiliza actualmente la empresa, conociendo las desventajas de este proceso. Se obtuvo datos que se necesitan de los diferentes departamentos de la empresa. Además se analiza y valida la información crítica para la realización del proyecto como: tiempos de producción, capacidad de planta, lead times, movimientos de inventario, centros de costo y estructuras del producto. El sistema ERP que se implementó en la empresa es SIESA ENTERPRISE, se precisa determinar las áreas relacionadas a la implementación, para lo cual es necesario entender el proceso actual de cada una de estas áreas. Las áreas relacionadas con la implementación son: Comercial, Financiera, Planeación y Manufactura. Al implementar el sistema ERP en la empresa optimiza el control de la cadena de suministro. ABSTRACT This research aims at implementing an ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) in the company ECUATRAN SA, for which an analysis of the method of planning and production control currently used by the company was made,in order to knowing the disadvantages of this process. Data needed by the various departments of the company was obtained. Besides it analyzes and validates the information critical to the project as production time, plant capacity, lead times, inventory movements, cost centers and product structures. The ERP system implemented in the company is SIESA ENTERPRISE, is needed to determine the areas related to implementation, which is necessary to understand the current process of each of these areas. Those related to the implementation areas are: Trade, Finance, Planning and Manufacturing. By implementing the ERP system in the company optimizes control of the supply chain.
