Diseño e implementación de un software de mantenimiento preventivo en PHP para maquinaria pesada de GADM de Patate

La finalidad del presente proyecto técnico es la de elaborar una herramienta funcional que ayude a satisfacer la necesidad del GAD Municipal San Cristóbal de Patate, de organizar los mantenimientos de su maquinaria pesada, mediante la administración eficiente de sus recursos, planificación de actividades preventivas, gestión de stock y un registro detallado de información histórica, inmerso en un sistema que integre dicha información. Se partió del análisis del estado de cada maquinaria, recopilando el histórico de fallos para realizar el cálculo de indicadores de mantenimiento como: fiabilidad, tiempo medio entre fallos, tasa de fallos y disponibilidad; luego, se elaboró gráficas comparativas de curva de la bañera determinando el comportamiento de la maquinaria pesada en el 2016. Posteriormente, se realizó matrices AMFE con el objetivo de detallar los componentes a prestar mayor atención en los mantenimientos. Se unificó la información con la codificación de los equipos, fichas técnicas de maquinaria, informes detallados para cada proceso y bitácora anual de mantenimiento. Seguidamente, se diseñó la base de datos en MySQL, refinando las tablas que contienen la información, evitando redundancias; en cuanto a la programación se utilizó un framework de PHP que ayudó a la creación de una interfaz intuitiva y fácil para el usuario. Finalmente se socializó y capacitó el proyecto a las principales autoridades del GAD Municipal Patate.
The purpose of this technical Project is to elaborate a functional tool that helps to satisfy (suffice) the necessity of GAD Municipal San Cristóbal de Patate, of organize the maintenance of the heavy machinery, through the efficient management of its resources, the planning of preventive activities, stock management and a detailed record of historical information, immersed in a system that join that information. It was based on the analysis of the status of each machinery, compiling the failures historical to perform the calculation of maintenance indicators like: reliability, average time between failures, failure rate and availability; then, it was made comparative graphics of curve of the bath defining the behavior of the heavy machinery in 2016. Subsequently, AMFE matrices were made with the objective of detail the components to pay more attention in maintenance. The information was unified with the codification of the equipment, technical data sheets, detailed reports for each process and annual maintenance log. Next, the database was designed in MySQL, by refining the tables containing the information, avoiding redundancies; in terms of programming, a framework of PHP was used that helped to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Finally the project was socialized and trained to the main authorities of the GAD Municipal Patate.
