El trabajo tiene como punto de referencia estudiar la relación de medición y control del riesgo financiero en la concesión de créditos a los socios de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Policía Nacional de la ciudad de Ambato en distintas áreas, como el transporte, el consumo, el comercio entre otros impulsando la gestión financiera hacia la población de los sectores y desarrollo de los productos adecuados, por lo que se ha previsto implementar políticas de control y recuperación de créditos con la finalidad de disminuir el riesgo financiero por los inadecuados procedimientos y políticas de la institución cooperativista, en el desarrollo del proyecto se ha utilizado una metodología con las modalidades de campo, documental o bibliográfica para el proceso de la indagación e información a ser proyectada. Un manual de políticas y procedimientos para el control del riesgo financiero y la concesión de créditos permitirá solucionar la problemática, este aporte principal del presente trabajo constituye en ayudar a promover el crecimiento financiero de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Policía Nacional de la ciudad de Ambato.
The work has as its reference point to consider the relationship of measurement and control of financial risk in the granting of credits to the partners of the Savings and Credit Cooperative National Police of the city of Ambato in different areas such as transport, consumption, trade among others driving the financial management toward the population of sectors and development of appropriate products, by what has been expected to implement policies of control and recovery of credits with the aim of reducing the financial risk by inadequate policies and procedures of the cooperative institution, in the development of the project has used a methodology with the modalities of field, documentary or for the process bibliographic The inquiry and information to be projected. A manual of policies and procedures for the control of financial risk and the granting of credits will solve the problem; this main contribution of this work is to help promote the financial growth of the Savings and Credit Cooperative National Police of the city of Ambato.
