The present academic research raises a vision of the foreign policy of Ecuador framed in the Constitution of the Republic with regard to the International Atomic Energy Agenda, therefore reviews the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), its origins and influence within the new "world order". The sources used in the investigation are documentary, doctrinal and legal Its conclusion raises a criticism of this new world order established from the power and hegemony and proposes to collect the political, legal and technical elements that the Ecuadorian State has, that allow to design a national political proposal for face or international energy agendas atomic and International Organizations such as the IAEA.
La presente investigación académica plantea una visión de la política exterior del Ecuador enmarcada en la Constitución de la República de cara a la Agenda Internacional de Energía Atómica, por tanto revisa al Organismo Internacional de Energía Atómica (OIEA), sus origines e influencia dentro del nuevo “orden mundial”. Las fuentes utilizadas en la investigación son documentales, doctrinarias y legales Su conclusión plantea una crítica a ese nuevo orden mundial establecido desde el poder y la hegemonía y propone recoger los elementos políticos, legales y técnicos con los que cuenta el Estado ecuatoriano, que permitan diseñar una propuesta política nacional de cara o a las agendas internacionales de energía atómica y a Organismos Internacionales como el OIEA.
