LA MUJER DENTRO DEL ESPACIO ECONÓMICO COLABORATIVO TIPO COWORKING EN EL DISTRITO METROPOLITANO DE QUITO: CASO IMPACTO QUITO

Description: Desde el año 2014, se percibe el aumento del emprendimiento femenino, por esta razón un coworking liderado por mujeres debe apoyar la equidad de género en la actividad emprendedora del país. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo fundamental diagnosticar el crecimiento del emprendimiento femenino en el DM desde el año 2014 hasta febrero del 2017. Como resultado del trabajo de investigación se plantea un análisis descriptivo de las principales funciones de un espacio de coworking, además de un estudio estadístico de la población emprendedora femenina en los Coworkings de la ciudad.
Since the year 2014, the increase in female entrepreneurship has been perceived, for this reason a coworking led by women must support gender equity in the country's entrepreneurial activity. The main objective of this study is to diagnose the growth of female entrepreneurship in the DM from 2014 to February 2017. As a result of the research, a descriptive analysis of the main functions of a coworking space is presented, as well as a study statistic of the female entrepreneurial population in the Coworkings of the city.
