Doubtless, tourism epistemology failed to forge a shared object of study despite the number of publications and interests by academicians in the recent years. Somehow, tourism, which experienced a dispersion of what has been produced to date, showed some caveats at the time of dialoguing with other maturate disciplines (Tribe 1997; 2010; Thirkettle & Korstanje 2013).
Indudablemente, la epistemología del turismo no logró forjar un objeto de estudio compartido a pesar del número de publicaciones e intereses de los académicos en los últimos años. De alguna manera, el turismo, que experimentó una dispersión de lo que se ha producido hasta la fecha, mostró algunas advertencias a la hora de dialogar con otras disciplinas maduras
