El proyecto de investigaci?n con el tema ?Acercamiento a una auditor?a educativa en la dimensi?n pedag?gica de la Unidad Educativa Dayuma al inicio del a?o lectivo 2019 - 2020?. Se bas? principalmente en los est?ndares de gesti?n escolar de la dimensi?n de gesti?n pedag?gica por estar estrechamente ligado al proceso de ense?anza ? aprendizaje, sin descocer la importancia de las dem?s dimensiones, con el objetivo de proveer a las autoridades institucionales de una evaluaci?n externa con base a un acercamiento al proceso de una auditor?a enmarcada en los niveles de logros alcanzados por la instituci?n en la dimensi?n de gesti?n pedag?gica dentro de los est?ndares de calidad educativa. El m?todo que se utiliz? durante la investigaci?n fue de tipo cualitativo, mediante la profundizaci?n de definiciones y sus respectivas caracter?sticas, llevando a cabo los dos procesos. Planificaci?n. - en el cual, se dise?aron los instrumentos de recolecci?n de informaci?n de la investigaci?n y se delimitaron los procesos y procedimientos en el ?mbito pedag?gicos de la instituci?n educativa de acuerdo a los requerimientos necesarios para el acercamiento a una auditor?a educativa. Ejecuci?n. - en donde, se aplic? los instrumentos de recolecci?n de informaci?n como la lista de cotejo y la r?brica para la revisi?n documental. Como resultado del An?lisis se identific? que, la valoraci?n de la matriz de est?ndares de gesti?n escolar, alcanza un 58.34% equivalente a 7 puntos, ubic?ndose en el color amarillo del sem?foro, dando a conocer que la instituci?n educativa tiene que mejorar en algunos procesos del componente de la dimensi?n de gesti?n pedag?gica. En conclusi?n, se indag? bajo el enfoque del acercamiento a una auditor?a educativa, en donde, la inspecci?n y el monitoreo en los diferentes procesos educativos contribuyen a mejorar los est?ndares de calidad, desempe?o del docente y el proceso de ense?anza - aprendizaje en la Unidad Educativa Dayuma.
The research project with the theme "Approach to an educational audit in the pedagogical dimension of the Dayuma Educational Unit at the beginning of the 2019 - 2020 school year". It was based only on the standards of school management of the pedagogical management dimension, since it is closely linked to the teaching-learning process, without recognizing the importance of the other dimensions, with the objective of providing the institutional authorities with an external evaluation based on an approach to the process of an audit framed in the levels of achievement reached by the institution in the pedagogical management dimension within the standards of educational quality. The method used during the research was qualitative, through the deepening of definitions and their respective characteristics, carrying out the processes of: planning in which the instruments of information collection of the research were designed and the processes and procedures in the pedagogical field of the educational institution were delimited according to the necessary requirements for the approach to an educational audit. Execution. - In which, the instruments of collection of information like the checklist and the rubric for the documentary review were applied. As a result of the analysis, the evaluation of the matrix of school management standards reached 58.34%, equivalent to 7 points, located in the yellow color of the traffic light, indicating that the educational institution must improve in some processes of the pedagogical management dimension. In conclusion, the study focused on the approach to an educational audit, where the inspection and monitoring of the different educational processes contribute to improve quality standards, teacher performance and the teaching-learning process in the Dayuma Educational Unit.
