La educaci?n sexual dirigida a personas con discapacidad intelectual, debe tener una visi?n hol?stica e integral, con libertad y respetando sus derechos, pero sobre todo de forma responsable y sana. Permiti?ndoles aceptarse y conocerse a s? mismos. Para ello es imprescindible el apoyo de las familias y docentes dejando de lado los estereotipos y prejuicios relacionados a la sexualidad, solo as? se puede dar un cambio positivo hacia sus derechos y se evita los riesgos de acceder a informaci?n incorrecta sobre este tema. En este trabajo se ha realizado una revisi?n bibliogr?fica, haciendo hincapi? en la discapacidad intelectual desde un enfoque humanista, la sexualidad en los adolescentes con discapacidad intelectual, la educaci?n sexual integral y el marco legal nacional e internacional. La metodolog?a utilizada est? basada en un enfoque cualitativo y en un estudio de caso m?ltiple. Se aplicaron instrumentos como: entrevista en profundidad, diario de campo, ficha de an?lisis documental a los padres de familia, estudiantes y docentes de la instituci?n. El an?lisis y los resultados obtenidos de la triangulaci?n arrojaron la necesidad de educar en sexualidad a esta poblaci?n y a su vez reflexionar que la sexualidad de las personas con discapacidad intelectual no es diferente a la de los dem?s. Por consiguiente, el objetivo de la presente investigaci?n es dise?ar una gu?a did?ctica sobre educaci?n sexual integral en adolescentes con discapacidad intelectual dirigida a padres de familia y docentes de la Unidad Educativa Especializada ?Manuela Espejo? en el aula del segundo de bachillerato ?A?.
Sexual education aimed at people with intellectual disabilities must have a holistic and comprehensive vision, with freedom and respect for their rights, but at responsible and good way. Allowing them to love and know themselves. This requires the support of families and teachers, leaving aside stereotypes and prejudices related to sexuality. This is the only way to make a positive change towards their rights and avoid the risks of accessing incorrect information on this subject. In this work a literature review has been carried out, with emphasis on intellectual disability from a humanistic approach, sexuality in adolescents with intellectual disabilities, comprehensive sexual education and the national and international legal framework. The methodology used is based on a qualitative approach and a multiple case study. Instruments such as: in-depth interview, field diary, document analysis form were applied to parents, students and teachers of the institution. The analysis and the results obtained from the triangular gave the need to educate this population in sexuality, at the same time reflect that the sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities is not different from others. Therefore, the objective of this research is to design a didactic guide on comprehensive sex education in adolescents with intellectual disabilities aimed at parents and teachers of the Unidad Educativa Especializada ?Manuela Espejo? in the classroom of secondary school "A".
