Capacitaci?n a los Docentes del ?rea de Ciencias Naturales de la Unidad Educativa ?Luis Cordero? sobre el Entorno Virtual ?Moodle?

En la presente tesis se busca contribuir en la formaci?n de los docentes del ?rea de Ciencias Naturales en el manejo del entorno virtual ?Moodle? de la Unidad Educativa Luis Cordero, debido a la falta de capacitaci?n docente, problem?tica que se constat? durante las pr?cticas pre profesionales. Es importante la utilizaci?n de esta herramienta, ya que, actualmente es un medio de ense?anza por parte de los docentes a causa de la pandemia del Covid-19. As?, se plante? una propuesta la cual consiste en generar capacitaciones para los docentes del ?rea de Ciencias Naturales sobre la manipulaci?n de ?Moodle?, con la finalidad de que se utilicen los recursos y actividades en las asignaturas de f?sica, qu?mica y biolog?a. Para llevar a cabo este trabajo, se utiliz? el paradigma interpretativo ya que este permite analizar las acciones de los docentes pertenecientes a la muestra. Se emple? la investigaci?n de campo para obtener datos en tiempo y espacio real, con investigaci?n pre-experimental. Los instrumentos de enfoque mixto utilizados son: entrevista, encuesta, observaci?n participante, pretest y postest. Los resultados fueron: con relaci?n a los beneficios se mejor? comunicaci?n entre docentes-estudiantes, seguimiento escolar, reducci?n de papel, entre otros; las limitaciones de utilizar el entorno virtual es el tiempo y espacio que utilizan los docentes para buscar y colocar informaci?n. El promedio de los docentes con relaci?n al nivel de conocimiento sobre ?Moodle? en el pretest es de 1.7. Luego de aplicar la propuesta en el postest se obtuvo un promedio de 6.7. De esta manera se concluy? que las capacitaciones de manera permanente son efectivas dentro del ?rea de Ciencias Naturales, ya que se puede compartir continuamente con los estudiantes sobre asignaturas.
This thesis seeks to contribute to the training of teachers in the area of Natural Sciences in the management of the virtual environment "Moodle" of the Luis Cordero Educational Unit, due to the lack of teacher training, a problem that was found during the pre-professional practices. The use of this tool is important, since it is currently a teaching tool for teachers due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, a proposal was made to generate training for teachers of Natural Sciences on the manipulation of "Moodle", in order to use the resources and activities in the subjects of physics, chemistry and biology. To carry out this work, the interpretative paradigm was used since it allows analyzing the actions of the teachers belonging to the sample. Field research was used to obtain data in real time and space, with pre-experimental research. The mixed approach instruments used were: interview, survey, participant observation, pretest and posttest. The results were: in relation to the benefits, communication between teachers and students was improved, school follow-up, reduction of paper, among others; the limitations of using the virtual environment are the time and space used by teachers to search for and place information. The teachers' average level of knowledge of Moodle in the pretest was 1.7. After applying the proposal in the post-test, an average of 6.7 was obtained. Thus, it was concluded that permanent training is effective in the area of Natural Sciences, since it is possible to share continuously with students about subjects.
