En la actualidad en los centros educativos a nivel nacional son muy pocos que cuentan con un orientador educativo en sus instituciones educativas, solo aquellas que tienen una gran cantidad de estudiantes y que por lo general estas unidades educativas son la que poseen este recurso humano que los ayuda a solucionar las diferentes problem?ticas que en ellos se detectan, y aunque lo posean no cuentan con los conocimientos actualizados para poder orientar correctamente a los estudiantes. Pero la otra cara de la moneda son aquellas instituciones que se encuentran en la zona rural como la que yo laboro, en la cual existen carencia de recursos y gu?a a la hora de tomar decisiones sobre sus estudios superiores, los mismos que le servir?n para desarrollarse laboralmente en el entorno inmediato, puesto que al ser una zona eminentemente agr?cola muchos de ellos no desean establecer una relaci?n laboral en su entorno sino salir a la zona urbana m?s cerca donde existen una gran variedad de plazas de trabajos. Por tal motivo preocupado por esta realidad que se palpa a diario en mi entorno educativo este tema ser? de mucha ayuda y servir? de gu?a para orientar de una manera eficaz a los estudiantes de estas zonas de dif?cil acceso ubicada en el cant?n Daule, Parroquia Los Lojas del Recinto Sabanilla.
Currently in the educational centers at the national level are very few that have an educational counselor in their educational institutions, only those that have a large number of students and that these educational units are usually the ones that have this human resource that the helps to solve the different problems that are detected in them, and even if they do not have the updated knowledge to correctly guide students. But the other side of the coin are those institutions that are in the rural area like the one I work, in which there is a lack of resources and guidance when making decisions about their higher education, which will help them to develop labor in the immediate environment, since being a largely agricultural area many of them do not want to establish a working relationship in their environment but go to the nearest urban area where there are a variety of jobs. For this reason concerned about this reality that is felt daily in my educational environment this issue will be very helpful and will serve as a guide to effectively guide students in these areas of difficult access located in the canton of Daule, Los Lojas Parish of the Sabanilla Campus.
