Asesoramiento en el diagn?stico institucional del estado de las Competencias Digitales Docente: Caso de la Unidad Educativa del Milenio Amazonas, per?odo acad?mico 2020 - 2021

En un entorno mediado por las Tecnolog?as de la Informaci?n y la Comunicaci?n por la pandemia (COVID-19), es necesario la Asesor?a Educativa (AE) en el diagn?stico institucional de las necesidades de formaci?n profesional (D1.C2.GE4) de las Competencias Digitales Docente (CDD). Considerando que, la Unidad Educativa del Milenio Amazonas no tuvo este diagn?stico, se plante? la pregunta ?en qu? medida el asesoramiento del diagn?stico institucional servir? para la determinaci?n del estado de las CDD? En el marco de los Est?ndares de Calidad Educativa, el objetivo fue asesorar al Directivo en este diagn?stico mediante el Plan de Asesor?a para la determinaci?n del estado de las CDD, per?odo acad?mico 2020 ? 2021. El estudio fue mixto de alcance explicativo y utiliz? la Investigaci?n Acci?n, donde el Directivo fue el sujeto de estudio. Se aplic? t?cnicas de recolecci?n de informaci?n como los documentos oficiales, la entrevista y Delphi; as? mismo, se emple? t?cnicas de an?lisis como el de contenido y la estad?stica descriptiva. Los resultados indicaron debilidades y fortalezas de la Gesti?n Escolar a la hora de levantar este diagn?stico, lo cual fue base para proponer un Plan, sometido a juicio y validaci?n de expertos. La implementaci?n del Plan permiti? indicar que las etapas y metodolog?a de asesoramiento orientan la gesti?n institucional de manera estrat?gica, veraz, pertinente y suficiente. Por lo tanto, se concluye que el asesoramiento del diagn?stico institucional permite la determinaci?n del estado de las CDD, favoreciendo as? la creaci?n de conocimiento a trav?s del proceso de AE.
In an environment mediated by Information and Communication Technologies due to the pandemic (COVID-19), it is necessary the Educational Counselling (EC) in the institutional diagnosis of the professional training needs (D1.C2.GE4) of the Teaching Digital Competences (TDC). Considering that the Amazonas Millennium Educational Unit did not have this diagnosis, the question was posed: to what extent will the counselling of the institutional diagnosis serve to determine the status of the TDC? Within the framework of the Educational Quality Standards, the objective was to counsel the Director in this diagnosis through the Counselling Plan for the determination of the state of the TDC, academic period 2020 - 2021. The study was mixed of explanatory scope and used Action Research, where the Director was the subject of the study. Information gathering techniques such as official documents, interview and Delphi were applied; likewise, analysis techniques such as content analysis and descriptive statistics were used. The results indicated weaknesses and strengths of the School Management at the time of this diagnosis, which was the basis for proposing a Plan, submitted to the judgment and validation of experts. The implementation of the Plan indicated that the stages and methodology of counselling guide the institutional management in a strategic, truthful, pertinent, and sufficient manner. Therefore, it is concluded that the counselling of the institutional diagnosis allows the determination of the state of the TDC, thus favoring the creation of knowledge through the EC process.
