El presente trabajo de titulaci?n tiene como objetivo la actualizaci?n del C?digo de Convivencia de la Unidad Educativa ?Dr. Camilo Gallegos Dom?nguez? para lograr una convivencia arm?nica entre todos los actores educativos (autoridades, personal administrativo y de servicio, docentes, padres/madres de familia o representantes legales y estudiantes) en ambientes seguros y saludables para el aprendizaje. La problem?tica identificada fue que el l?der educativo y en general todos los integrantes de la Unidad Educativa ?Dr. Camilo Gallegos Dom?nguez? no se organizaron para realizar la actualizaci?n de su C?digo de Convivencia a pesar de conocer que este era un requisito legal y de la importancia de garantizar con su aplicaci?n una convivencia arm?nica que permita prevenir problemas y resolver conflictos a trav?s de acuerdos y compromisos. Este trabajo se fundamenta en la Normativa Ecuatoriana (Ley Org?nica de Educaci?n Intercultural y su Reglamento) y se concreta gracias a la Gu?a Metodol?gica para la Construcci?n Participativa del C?digo de Convivencia y al Plan Educativo Institucional (PEI) Los lineamientos metodol?gicos seguidos para el desarrollo de este proyecto fue el paradigma sociocr?tico, que sirvi? de referente para que se d? el proceso de investigaci?n acci?n participativa; donde se cont? con la cooperaci?n de treinta participantes (docentes, estudiantes , representantes y/o padres de familia, personal administrativo), con quienes se trabaj? en funci?n a mesas de trabajo y grupos de discusi?n con la aplicaci?n de instrumentos como gu?as de preguntas, diarios de campo, guiones, entre otros. La informaci?n obtenida favoreci? la intervenci?n fundamentada en la implementaci?n de Comunidades de Aprendizaje para que ejecuten actividades que respondan de forma igualitaria a los retos y necesidades que se presentan en materia de convivencia. Todos los acuerdos y compromisos establecidos fueron recopilados en un documento que fue aprobado en primera instancia por la Comisi?n de aprobaci?n y ratificaci?n de la Unidad Educativa y luego se procedi? a la presentaci?n, aprobaci?n y registro en la Direcci?n Distrital 03D01 Azogues- Bibli?n ? D?leg.
The objective of this qualification work to obtain ?Especializaci?n en Gesti?n de la Calidad en Educaci?n menci?n Directivos? is to update the Coexistence Code of ?Dr. Camilo Gallegos Dom?nguez? High School, to achieve a harmonious coexistence between all educational actors (authorities, administrative and service personnel, teachers, parents or legal representatives and students) in safe and healthy environments for learning. The identified problem was that the educational leader and in general all members the ?Dr. Camilo Gallegos Dom?nguez ? High School, did not organize to update their Coexistence Code, despite knowing that this was a legal requirement and the importance of guaranteeing a harmonious coexistence with its application that would prevent problems and resolve conflicts through agreements and commitments. This work was based on the Ecuadorian Regulations (Organic Law of Intercultural Education and its Regulations) and was specified thanks to a Methodological Guide for the participatory construction of the Coexistence Code and the Institutional Educational Plan (PEI). The methodological guidelines followed for the development of this project was the socio-critical paradigm, which served as a reference for the participation action research process to take place; where there was the cooperation of approximately thirty participants (teachers, students, representatives and / or parents, administrative staff) with whom they worked according to work and discussion groups with the application of instruments such as question guides, newspapers field, scripts, among others. All this information obtained evidenced the presence, magnitude and effects of the problem and, therefore the intervention based on the implementation of Learning Communities where activities were carried out that respond equally to the challenges and needs that arise in terms of coexistence. All the agreements and commitments established were compiled in a document that was approved in the first instance by the Commission for Approval and Ratification of the High School and then proceeded to the presentation, approval and registration in the corresponding educational District 03D01 Azogues ?
