La presente investigaci?n se desarrolla a partir de la necesidad de profundizar en el conocimiento de la reinserci?n escolar, por constituir una categor?a asociada directamente con el desarrollo social y personal de los individuos. Surge a partir de indagaciones realizadas en la comunidad de San Bartolom? del cant?n Lim?n Indanza, en la que no se cuenta con una instituci?n para que, gran parte de los adultos que no han concluido sus estudios e inclusive algunos nunca ingresaron al sistema educativo, puedan reinsertarse. Cuando lo deciden, deben trasladarse a otro cant?n muy distante, y en muchas ocasiones prefieren quedarse en sus hogares. Por ello, esta investigaci?n propone elaborar una estrategia pedag?gica que contribuya a la reinserci?n educativa de los adultos con escolaridad inconclusa en el rango etario de 30 a 40 a?os en la zona rural de San Bartolom?, parroquia General Plaza, cant?n Lim?n Indanza, provincia de Morona Santiago, en el a?o lectivo 2022 ? 2023. Esta investigaci?n fue abordada desde una metodolog?a cualitativa, de car?cter descriptivo y basada en la epistemolog?a del Buen Vivir porque recopila las necesidades de las personas adultas que permitan garantizar su reinserci?n y consecuci?n estudiantil. De la misma manera recoge mediante entrevistas las diversas estrategias pedag?gicas utilizadas por expertos, docentes y directivos de personas j?venes y adultas. A trav?s de la triangulaci?n de los datos se pudo observar que la deserci?n o abandono escolar es uno de los grandes problemas del sector, la falta de inter?s por aprender, las condiciones socioecon?micas, la situaci?n geogr?fica y las limitaciones en los procesos formativos hacen que cada vez la brecha de la desigualdad social existente se ahonde, causando pobreza, vulnerabilidad y exclusi?n. Se presenta una propuesta de intervenci?n pedag?gica para motivar a los adultos con escolaridad inconclusa en el rango etario de 30 a 40 a?os en la zona rural de San Bartolom? a que retomen su proceso educativo, para ello se utilizan m?todos did?cticos y activos que coadyuven a desarrollar el conocimiento de manera que se estimule el pensamiento creativo y din?mico de los participantes. La propuesta se valid? a trav?s de la t?cnica del grupo focal, en la cual se obtuvieron resultados favorables para lograr los objetivos propuestos.
This research is developed from the need to deepen the knowledge of school reintegration, as it constitutes a category directly associated with the social and personal development of individuals. It arises from inquiries made in the community of San Bartolom? in the Lim?n Indanza canton, in which there is no institution so that a large part of the adults who have not completed their studies and even some never entered the educational system, can reinsert. When they decide, they must move to another very distant canton, and on many occasions they prefer to stay in their homes. Therefore, this research proposes to develop a pedagogical strategy that contributes to the educational reintegration of adults with unfinished schooling in the age range of 30 to 40 years in the rural area of San Bartolom?, General Plaza parish, Lim?n Indanza canton, Morona province. Santiago, in the 2022-2023 school year. This research was approached from a qualitative methodology, of a descriptive nature and based on the epistemology of Good Living because it collects the needs of adults that allow guaranteeing their reintegration and student achievement. In the same way, it collects through interviews the various pedagogical strategies used by experts, teachers and managers of young people and adults. Through the triangulation of the data, it was possible to observe that school desertion or abandonment is one of the great problems of the sector, the lack of interest in learning, the socioeconomic conditions, the geographical situation and the limitations in the formative processes make each Perhaps the existing social inequality gap deepens, causing poverty, vulnerability and exclusion. A pedagogical intervention proposal is presented to motivate adults with unfinished schooling in the age range of 30 to 40 years in the rural area of San Bartolom? to resume their educational process, for which didactic and active methods are used that help develop knowledge in a way that stimulates the creative and dynamic thinking of the participants. The proposal was validated through the focus group technique, in which favorable results were obtained to achieve the proposed objectives.
