La presenta investigaci?n busca resaltar el rol y aporte del asesor educativo en una instituci?n educativa biling?e a trav?s del an?lisis de la aplicaci?n del curr?culo intercultural biling?e, el mismo que ha analizado desde el enfoque del Modelo del Sistema de Educaci?n Biling?e (MOSEIB). La investigaci?n es de tipo mixto, puesto que toma t?cnicas de los enfoques cualitativas y cuantitativas, entre ellas est?n la entrevista y la encuesta. El proceso de diagn?stico, an?lisis de datos obtenidos permiti? establecer una propuesta de asesoramiento educativo a la Unidad Educativa Comunitaria Intercultural Biling?e Sisid de la parroquia Ingapirca del cant?n Ca?ar. La propuesta centra su aporte en el aspecto pedag?gico, sin minimizar desde luego, los aspectos t?cnicos, te?ricos y organizacionales propios de una asesor?a educativa que responde a la gesti?n de la calidad en educaci?n. Los resultados datos encontrados fueron: la p?rdida de la lengua materna, la desfiguraci?n de la identidad ind?gena, la migraci?n escolar, la presencia de docentes que no hablan kichwa, la falta de asesor?a educativa en las instituciones biling?es. Todo esto por una pol?tica educativa trincada que hace resaltar la necesidad e importancia de contar con un asesor educativo en estas unidades educativas biling?es para aportar en el cumplimiento de las propuestas desde el MOSEIB, a la educaci?n en los territorios y poblaci?n biling?e de nuestro pa?s.
The present research seeks to highlight the role and contribution of the educational advisor in a bilingual educational institution through the analysis of the application of the intercultural bilingual curriculum, the same one that has been analyzed from the approach of the Model of the Bilingual Education System (MOSEIB). The research is of a mixed type, since it takes techniques from the qualitative and quantitative approaches, including the interview and the survey. The process of diagnosis, analysis of data obtained will establish an educational proposal to the Sisid Intercultural Bilingual Community Educational Unit of the Ingapirca parish of the Ca?ar canton. The proposal focuses its contribution on the pedagogical aspect, without minimizing, of course, the technical, theoretical and organizational aspects of an educational consultancy that responds to quality management in education. The results found were: the loss of the mother tongue, the disfigurement of the indigenous identity, school migration, the presence of teachers who do not speak Kichwa, the lack of educational counseling in bilingual institutions. All this due to a stringent educational policy that highlights the need and importance of having an educational advisor in these bilingual educational units to contribute to the fulfillment of the proposals from the MOSEIB, to education in the territories and bilingual population of our country.
