La empresa Beiersdorf S.A., fue constituida el 27 de abril de 1995 y su actividad principal es la importación, comercialización, distribución y venta de productos relacionados con la medicina, artículos de consumo masivo, cosméticos, debido a la magnitud de ventas que ha tenido la organización tendrá que implementar un sistema de control interno que permita mejorar la gestión institucional y que se acople a las actividades que realice la empresa. Por lo tanto tendrá que formalizar los procedimientos que se realizan dentro de la empresa, como el manejo del recurso humano, mismo que permitirá al personal administrativo ayudar al control del personal, la implementación de procedimientos también contribuirá a la comercialización de los siguientes productos Nivea, Eucerin y Hansaplast. También permitirán que el personal del área financiera realice sus funciones de manera eficiente. De esta manera el gerente general tendrá conocimiento de las funciones y actividades que se realizan en la empresa en especial para el manejo de su recurso financiero.
The company Beiersdorf S.A. was incorporated on April 27, 1995 and whose main activity is the importation, marketing, distribution and sale of medical related products, mass consumer items, and cosmetics. Due to the magnitude of sales, the organization will have to implement an internal control system that allows to improve the governance and to engage the activities carried out by the company. Therefore, it needs to formalize the procedures performed within the company, such as human resource management which will allow the administrative staff help control of personnel, implementing procedures that will also contribute to the marketing of the following products: Nivea, Eucerin and Hansaplast. This will also allow the financial staff to perform their duties efficiently. Thus, the general manager will have knowledge of the functions and activities carried out in the company especially for managing their financial resources.
