El presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como propósito recopilar información acerca del uso y aplicación de estrategias y técnicas en el aula por parte de los docentes en las materias del área Psicopedagógicas de la Carrera de Pedagogía de la Ciencias Experimentales Matemática y Física de la Universidad Central del Ecuador en la ciudad de Quito, posterior a ello se analizó varias investigaciones similares y en base a ellas se reconoció que en la actualidad la forma de enseñar en las materias del área Psicopedagógicas debe tener un cambio significativo, dejando de lado el método tradicional y emplear un método didáctico diferente. Es por ello que en este trabajo se define: Paradigma Educativo, Modelo Pedagógico y Teoría de Aprendizaje. La presente investigación se trata de un proyecto factible. La muestra quedo integrada por los docentes de la Carrera y los estudiantes de 8vo y 9no semestre. El Instrumento y Técnicas utilizadas en esta investigación fueron: Instrumento de Diagnóstico aplicado a los estudiantes y docentes de la Facultad, para el efecto se usó la Técnica Encuesta. Los resultados de las encuestas fueron tabulados, con los que se elaboró cuadros de frecuencia y gráficos tipo pastel. Dichos resultados ayudaron a determinar el porqué del objetivo general de la investigación, que es proponer una guía para el uso de estrategias y técnicas didácticas en la enseñanza de las materias del área Psicopedagógicas y que se la logró elaborar satisfactoriamente. En la propuesta también se detalla las estrategias y técnicas que usa el docente, la factibilidad de hacer un cambio en la aplicación de las mismas con la integración de herramientas digitales, también se describió conclusiones y recomendaciones dirigidas al docente. Finalmente se elaboró la guía de Estrategias y técnicas didácticas en los que constan tipos de herramientas digitales que el docente puede utilizar para sus clases
This research work began by gathering information about the use and application of strategies and techniques in the classroom by teachers in the areas of the Psycho-pedagogical area of the Pedagogy Career of Mathematical and Physical Experimental Sciences of the Central University of Ecuador in the city of Quito, after that, several similar investigations were analyzed and based on them it was recognized that currently the way of teaching in the subjects of the Psycho-pedagogical area must have a significant change leaving aside the traditional method and employing a different didactic method. That is why, this work is defined like: Educational Paradigm, Pedagogical Model and Learning Theory. This research is a feasible project. The sample was integrated by the professors of the Career and the students of 8th and 9th semester. The Instrument and Techniques used in this research were: Diagnostic Instrument applied to students and teachers of the Faculty, for this purpose the Survey Technique was used. The results of the surveys were tabulated, with which frequency tables and pie charts were drawn up. These results helped to determine the reason for the general objective of the research, which is to propose a guide for the use of teaching strategies and techniques in the teaching of the subjects of the Psycho-pedagogical area and which it was successfully elaborated. The proposal also details the strategies and techniques used by the teacher, the feasibility of making a change in their application with the integration of digital tools, conclusions and recommendations addressed to the teacher were also described. Finally, the guide of Strategies and didactic techniques were elaborated, in which there are types of digital tools that the teacher can use for their classes.
