La Empresa Pública YACHAY, es una institución pública con 2 años de servicio, dentro de la Ciudad del Conocimiento se implementará y vinculará la Primera Universidad de Investigación de Tecnología Experimental, Yachay es la ciudad planificada para la innovación tecnológica y negocios intensivos en conocimiento, donde se combinan las mejores ideas, talento humano e infraestructura de punta, debido al firme crecimiento de la institución, se ha visto en la necesidad de resguardar la salud y seguridad de los servidores, motivo por el cual se desarrolló el presente proyecto de investigación. El inicio del estudio consistió en determinar las condiciones actuales de la institución con relación a las normas y leyes nacionales, en especial al Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud de los Trabajadores y Mejoramiento del Medio Ambiente de Trabajo, luego se detectó las enfermedades profesionales y los riesgos laborales , planteando para ello un plan de acción en los que incluye la creación de la unidad de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional con los respectivos perfiles profesionales, un reglamento interno, plan de capacitación, etc. y por último se concluye con algunos criterios que pueden orientar a la disminución de las limitaciones de la institución.
Public Enterprise YACHAY, is a public institution with two years of service within the City of Knowledge will be implemented and linked the First University Research Experimental Technology, Yachay is the planned city for technological innovation and knowledge-intensive business where combine the best ideas, talent and infrastructure tip, due to steady growth of the institution, has seen the need to safeguard the health and safety of the servers, why this research project was developed. The start of the study was to determine the current condition of the institution in relation to national norms and laws, especially the Safety Regulations and Health of Workers and Improved Working Environment, then occupational diseases was detected and risks labor, posing for this action plan which includes the creation of the unit of Occupational Safety and Health with the respective professional profiles, internal rules, training plan, etc. and finally it concludes with some criteria that can guide the reduction of the limitations of the institution.
