El presente trabajo de investigación está enfocado en proponer procedimientos Administrativos – Financieros para la Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios Míster Cuy Ascázubi que permitan crear un marco de referencia que guíen el desarrollo de las actividades de la organización, ya que mediante resultados hallados previa evaluación a su control interno existente, se encontraron irregularidades como la inadecuada segregación de funciones, inexistencia de políticas, información entregada fuera de tiempo, entre otros, hechos que en el futuro podrían ocasionar la disolución de la asociación. Al aplicar procedimientos al área Administrativa ayudará a optimizar sus recursos, evitar la duplicidad de funciones, entre otros, y en el área Financiera generará eficiencia y eficacia en la información a presentarse, para la toma de decisiones de manera pertinente.
The present research is focused on proposing Administrative – Financial procedures for the Association of Agricultural Producers Mr. Cuy Ascázubi that allow the creation of a framework to guide the development of the activities of the organization, since by results found in an assessment prior to their control Internal, there are irregularities as inadequate segregation of duties, lack of policies, information submitted out of time, among others, and future events that could cause the dissolution of the association. In the operation, the administrative area will help optimize resources, avoid duplication of functions, among others, and in the financial area it will generate efficiency and effectiveness in the information presented for decision making in an appropriate manner.
