El presente trabajo de investigación está orientada a presentar una Propuesta de un sistema de gestión y control de inventarios para la empresa Korean Car, cuyo objetivo es mejorar el manejo de las existencias mediante un control selectivo al inventario El capítulo I hace referencia al planteamiento del problema, donde se describe en forma detallada la problemática presentada, los objetivos de la investigación, así como su respectiva justificación. En el capítulo II se presenta el diagnóstico organizacional, puntualizando la descripción general de la empresa, las herramientas y la metodología de la investigación, el diseño de los instrumentos para la recopilación de datos así como su respectivo análisis FODA. El capítulo III presenta el marco teórico el cual desarrolla una investigación bibliográfica sobre la gestión y control de inventarios. En cuanto al capítulo IV se presenta la propuesta en la cual se establece políticas, asignación de funciones del personal, flujo diagramación de los procesos, asignación de códigos así como el uso del modelo de gestión y control de inventarios. Finalmente en el capítulo V se elabora las conclusiones y recomendaciones del trabajo de investigación.
The present investigation work is oriented to present a proposal of a system management and inventory control for the company KOREAN CAR, which objective is to improve the management of the stock by a selective control of the inventory. The chapter number I make reference to the problem statement, it describes in detail the problems presented, the objectives of the investigation, and its respective justification. The chapter number II presents the organizational diagnosis, punctuating the general description of the company, the tools and the methodology of the investigation, the design of the instruments for the data recompilation and its respective SWOT analysis. The chapter number III presents the theoretical framework which develops a bibliographic research about inventories management and control. The chapter number IV presents the proposal which set the politics, assignment of staff functions, process flow diagramming, codes assignment and the use of the inventory management and control model. Finally the chapter number V describes the conclusions and recommendations of the investigation work.
