Trabajo de investigación sobre Psicología Industrial, específicamente el Clima Organizacional, la Satisfacción y el Desempeño Laboral. El objetivo fundamental determinar la influencia del Clima Organizacional y la Satisfacción en el Desempeño Laboral. La hipótesis demostrar la influencia del Clima organizacional y la Satisfacción en el Desempeño Laboral .El fundamento teórico: principios de la Escuela Positiva: Psicología Humanista. La metodología: investigación no experimental de tipo correlacional con grupo focal. La conclusión general se refiere a que efectivamente, existe una relación directa, entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción de los funcionarios y su desempeño laboral, en la Subsecretaría de Información de la SENPLADES. Con la recomendación, de identificar los factores que se encuentran en un nivel inferior y generar un plan de mejora del Clima Organizacional y la Satisfacción que permita tener trabajadores más satisfechos y eficaces en su desempeño diario.
Industrial Psichology Investigations Project, specifically about Organizational Environment and Working Performance. Its main objective is to determine the influence of organizational environment and working performance satisfaction. The hypothesis demonstrates the influence of Organizational Environment and Working Performance Satisfaction. The theoretical foundation: Positive School principles: Humanistic Psychology. The methodology: focus group, non-experimental, co-relational investigation. The general conclusion states that evidently, exist a direct relationship between organizational environment, functionaries satisfaction and their working performance, in the Information Sub-secretary Department of SENPLADES. Whit the recommendation of identifying the factors that are in an inferior level and generate an Improvement Plan of the Organizational Envinronment and the satisfaction that allows to have more efficient and satisfied employees with their daily performance.
