Debido a los cambios que existe alrededor del mundo en los temas del ambiente administrativo financiero, se requiere de una mejora en la implementación de los diseños para poder solucionar las diversas dificultades que se pueden llegar a presentar en la empresa y así poder resolver eficaz y eficientemente dichas dificultades. La empresa Jorge Ortiz deberá implementar los diseños Administrativos y Financieros idóneos para alcanzar los objetivos institucionales establecidos. Al diseñar e implementar los procesos Administrativos y Financieros con unas gestiones administrativas idóneas (planificación, organización, dirección y control), va a permitir a la empresa optimizar el uso de los recursos al disminuir tareas, ayudará a que cada trabajador tenga especificadas sus actividades, tareas y responsabilidades y a que no exista funciones repetitivas y así poder aumentar la productividad
Due to the changes that exist, around the world topics of the financial administrative environment, an improvement in the implementation of the designs is required to be able to solve the various difficulties that can be presented in the company and thus to be able to solve effectively and efficiently difficulties. The company Jorge Ortiz must implement the appropriate Administrative and Financial designs to achieve the established institutional objectives. In designing and implementing administrative and financial processes with appropriate administrative management (planning, organization, management and control), it will enable the company to optimize the use of resources by reducing tasks, helping each worker to have their activities, tasks and responsibilities specified since there are no repetitive functions and increase productivity
