Trabajo de Investigación sobre Psicología Industrial, específicamente Clima Laboral. El objetivo fundamental es determinar la influencia de la implementación de actividades Sociales, Culturales y Deportivas en el Clima Laboral de los empleados del área administrativa de la empresa AVITALSA. La fundamentación teórica se basa del criterio de IDALBERTO CHIAVENATO quien determina al clima laboral como el medio en el cual los trabajadores realizan sus actividades y el tipo de comunicación que hay dentro de la empresa; asociándolo con la motivación que los trabajadores tienen al momento de realizar sus actividades. Investigación correlacional, no experimental. El diagnosticó determinó que el estudio del clima laboral es adecuado para los trabajadores que están expuestos al realizar sus tareas, garantizando el bienestar de los mismos y obteniendo una mayor desempeño; con la recomendación de mantener las actividades sociales, culturales y deportivas, para disponer de un clima laboral adecuado.
Investigation Project on Industrial Psychology, specifically on Working Environment. Its main objective is to determine the influence of Social, Cultural and Sporting activities implementation within AVITALSA Company working environment of the administrative area. The theoretical foundation is based in the criterion of IDALBERTO CHIAVENATO who determines the working environment as a way through which employees perform their duties and the type of communication that exists within the Company, linking it to the motivation that employees have at the moment of performing their obligations. Co-relational, non-experimental Investigation. The diagnose determined that working environment study is adequate for workers who are at risk in the moment of performing their duties, guaranteeing their welfare and gaining an improved performance, with the recommendation of maintaining social, cultural and sporting activieties, in order to have an adequate working environment.
