El presente trabajo de investigación propone analizar las formas de intervención de las instituciones educativas frente a la sintomatología del estudiante, para así sostener su deseo en la educación. Considerando la importancia del rol que tienen los docentes en el día a día de los estudiantes, como gestor del deseo en el aprendizaje. El objetivo de esta investigación es de servir de guía sobre las posibles intervenciones que se pueden poner en acto para disminuir el estigma que se presenta en las instituciones educativas acerca de aquellos estudiantes considerados como problemáticos. Buscando un trabajo interdisciplinario entre los actores educativos (Autoridad institucional, docentes, representantes del Departamento de Consejería Estudiantil, psicopedagogo), enfocado en brindar importancia al discurso propio de cada uno de los estudiantes, conociéndolos, escuchando sus historias familiares, sus singularidades, y sus posibilidades para el aprendizaje.
The present research work proposes to analyze the forms of intervention of educational institutions in the face of the student's symptomatology to support their desire in education, when there is no desire from the family. Considering the importance of the role that teachers have in the day-to-day life of students, as a manager of desire in learning. The purpose of this research is to serve as a guide on the possible interventions that can be put into action to reduce the stigma that occurs in educational institutions about those students considered problematic. Looking for an interdisciplinary work between educational actors (institutional authority, teachers, representatives of the Department of Student Counseling, educational psychologist), focused on giving importance to the discourse of each of the students, knowing them, listening to their family stories, their singularities, and their possibilities for learning.
