La presente investigación fue realizada en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito La Dolorosa, tuvo como propósito elaborar una Propuesta de Organización y Gestión Empresarial, con la finalidad de incrementar la cartera de crédito, para ello se planteó como objetivo general, analizar la situación empresarial de la Cooperativa, lo que permitió determinar las necesidades de la misma, mediante el análisis de sus estados financieros, para poder lograr los objetivos propuestos en este estudio, fue necesario examinar las diferentes conceptualizaciones, que permitieran ahondar sobre el tema, finalmente se determinó que la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito La Dolorosa, puede implementar una nueva línea de crédito hipotecaria lo que le consentirá incrementar tanto sus clientes como su cartera de crédito.
The present investigation was carried out in the Dolorosa Savings and Credit Cooperative, its purpose was to prepare a Proposal for Business Organization and Management, with the purpose of increasing the loan portfolio, for this purpose, the general objective was to analyze the business situation of the Cooperative, which allowed to determine the needs of the same through the analysis of its financial statements, in order to achieve the objectives proposed in this study it was necessary to examine the different conceptualizations that allowed to delve into the subject, it was finally determined that the Savings Cooperative and Credit Dolorosa, you can implement a new line of mortgage credit which will allow you to increase both your clients and your credit portfolio.
