La alimentación y el consumo de productos orgánicos han aumentado en los últimos años. Los consumidores buscan comprar productos que favorezcan a su salud, además que den aportes nutricionales, como sería el caso de la fruta jackfruit. Es por ello, que en el presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo determinar la factibilidad económica para la producción e internalización de snacks a base de jackfuit, En la parte de la metodología de investigación, se ha usado el alcance descriptivo, asi como el enfoque cualitativo, lo cual logra encontrar los campos potenciales que existen en el proceso de internalización, el snack a base de jackfruit posee diversos valores nutricionales y beneficiosos para la salud. El producto es creado con la fruta jackfuit o también llada jaca, el cual tiene muchas propiedades que aportan favorables beneficios al organismo del ser humano, manteniendo asi una vida saludable. Finalmente, se puede concluir gracias a un estudio del mercado y a un análisis de estudio financiero que la creación de una empresa de la empresa dedicada a la producción e internalización a base de jackfruit, no es factible ni rentable.
The Alimentations and the consumption of organic products has increased in recent years. Consumers seek to buy products that help their health, in addition to providing nutritional contributions, as would be the case of the jackfruit fruit. For this reason, the objective of this academic degree work is to determine the economic feasibility for the production and internalization of snacks based on jackfuit, In the part of the research methodology, the descriptive scope has been used, as well as the qualitative approach, which manages to find the potential fields that exist in the internalization process, the jackfruit-based snack has various nutritional and health-beneficial values. The product is created with the jackfuit fruit or also called jaca, which has many properties that provide favorable benefits to the human body, it fruit help to maintaining a healthy life. Finally, it can be concluded thanks to a market study and a financial study analysis that the creation of a company dedicated to the production and internalization of jackfruit is not feasible or profitable.
