El presente trabajo de titulación muestra la viabilidad y factibilidad para Propuesta para la creación de una empresa productora y comercialización de un jugo instantáneo 100% orgánico en la cuidad de Guayaquil. Por ello, se realizó una investigación basado en los siguientes aspectos: legal, comercial, marketing y financiero. Cada uno de estos será de sustento para la evaluación de la propuesta. El aspecto legal contribuirá con la información normativa mostrando el marco legal de operatividad en el cual la empresa se encuentra. El aspecto de comercial y marketing permitirá determinar e identificar factores de importancia que influyen en la propuesta con el objetivo de crear y comunicar valor y satisfacer necesidades. El aspecto financiero mediante estructuras financieras será de soporte de la rentabilidad del negocio y los beneficios económico a una proyección de cinco años con un VAN de $ 16,443.82, una TMAR de10.73% y un TIR de 18.84%.
This present work shows the feasibility and viability for the proposal for the creation of a producer and commercialization of a 100% organic instant juice in the city of Guayaquil. Therefore, an investigation was carried out based on the following aspects: legal, commercial, marketing and financial. Each of these will support the evaluation of the proposal. The legal aspect will contribute to the normative information showing the legal operational framework in which the company is located. The commercial and marketing aspect will allow determining and identifying important factors that influence the proposal with the objective of creating and communicating value and satisfying needs. The financial aspect through financial structures will support the profitability of the business and the economic benefits to a five-year projection with a NPV of $ 16,443.82, a TMAR of 10.73% and an TIR of 18.84%
