Las diversas demandas de la comunidad educativa sobre el docente y sus efectos en el vínculo educativo.

En la última década se ha observado un cambio notorio en el sistema educativo de la sociedad ecuatoriana. Por un lado, se han establecido nuevos parámetros regulados por los entes gubernamentales y, por otro lado, se ha dado un cambio en las funciones ejercidas por el docente. El vínculo educativo es el factor que permite que se logre una transmisión del saber a los estudiantes por parte del docente, pero debido a todos estos cambios que han afectado el sistema educativo, se ha visto un deterioro o quiebre en este vínculo, ya que el docente no logra hacer con la multiplicidad de demandas que se le impone dentro de la comunidad educativa. Por este motivo, se plantea en el presente trabajo de investigación realizar un análisis de las demandas que recibe el docente y del malestar consecuente, a través de un marco teórico psicoanalítico y una metodología cualitativa. Con el objetivo de determinar cómo afecta al vínculo educativo, el dejar en un segundo plano el deseo del docente y su posición como agente de saber.
In the last decade there has been a noticeable change in the educational system of Ecuadorian society. On one hand, new parameters regulated by government entities have been established and, on the other hand, there has been a change in the functions exercised by the teacher. The educational link is the factor that allows a transmission of knowledge to students by the teacher, but due to all these changes that have affected the education system, it has seen a deterioration or break in this link, since the teacher can´t accomplish the multiplicity of demands imposed on his/her within the educational community. For this reason, it is proposed in this research work to perform an analysis of the demands received by the teacher and the consequent discomfort, through a psychoanalytic theoretical framework and a qualitative methodology. In order to determine how it affects the educational link, leaving the desire of the teacher and his position as agent of knowledge in the background.
