El deseo del docente es puesto a prueba durante la pandemia de COVID- 19 con el cambio de modalidad de clases. Las instituciones educativas se vieron forzadas a capacitar a sus docentes para realizar las clases virtuales desde sus casas, protegiendo su salud física y la de sus estudiantes, teniendo además que cerrar contratos con muchos docentes por la reducción de matrículas por parte de los padres. Esto causó que los docentes deban trabajar sin horarios establecidos para cumplir con las exigencias institucionales. Este trabajo pretende responder, a través de una metodología cualitativa, ¿Es posible que el deseo del docente sostenga el acto educativo? ¿Es posible a través del deseo del docente sostener la transferencia con cada estudiante para llevar acabo un acto educativo? Utiliza las siguientes herramientas: bibliografías pedagógicas y psicoanalíticas, casos que fueron trabajados por los docentes y por último las entrevistas con especialistas. Para mejorar el ambiente educativo, las instituciones deberían incluir espacios de escucha y, en caso de ser necesario, referir al docente o estudiante a un especialista en el área de Psicología o afines. De esta manera, se podrán sentir comprendidos y lograrán obtener ayuda teniendo en cuenta su particularidad, fomentando su deseo de enseñanza y aprendizaje.
The desire of the teacher has been put to test during the COVID-19 pandemic with the change of course modality. Educational institutions were forced to train their teachers on how to give online classes from their homes, protecting their physical health and the health of their students. The institutions also had to end contracts with many educators due to multiple parents choosing not to register their children for school. This led to teachers having to work without established schedules so they would be able to meet the demands of the institution. This study has a qualitative methodology and aims to answer: does the desire of the teacher support the educational act? Is it possible to maintain the transference with every student through the teacher’s desire to fulfill an educational act? To achieve this, this research uses pedagogical and psychoanalytic bibliographies, cases that were worked on by teachers and interviews with specialists. This investigation shows that to improve the educational environment, institutions should include listening spaces and, if necessary, refer the teacher or student to a specialist in Psychology or a related field. This way, they will feel understood and will be able to obtain help considering their particularity, incentivizing their desire to teach and learn.
