El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la factibilidad para la creación de una empresa consultora de robótica educativa en Guayaquil. La propuesta plantea la creación de una compañía dedicada a brindar servicios de capacitación en robótica para niños y jóvenes bajo la modalidad de clases extracurriculares, dentro de instituciones educativas particulares, cuyas instalaciones deberán ser adecuadas para la ejecución del servicio. El estudio está sustentado por la teoría de la ventaja competitiva transitoria, por su enfoque y visión direccionados a la evolución y a los cambios existentes en el mercado. También se soporta en las teorías del constructivismo, innovación disruptiva y destrucción creativa. Este trabajo de titulación aplica el método inductivo, debido a que permite obtener información de un tipo de población específica, para luego adaptarla en un contexto más general, como lo es el mercado nacional. Del mismo modo, se utiliza un enfoque mixto en el levantamiento de información, mediante el uso de encuestas y entrevistas a expertos, con el fin de obtener información relevante. Resultado del análisis del estudio de mercado, el estudio técnico y el financiero, se concluye que el presente proyecto es rentable. Finalmente, el monto de inversión será recuperado por los accionistas en el tercer año de operaciones.
The objective of this research work is to determine the feasibility of creating an educational robotics consulting company in Guayaquil. The proposal consists in establishing a company dedicated to providing robotics training services for children and teenagers, under the modality of extracurricular classes, within private educational institutions, whose facilities must be especially adapted for the service execution. The study is supported by the transitory competitive advantage theory, because of its approach and vision directed to the evolution and to the existing changes in the market. This project is also based on other relevant theories such as: constructivism, disruptive innovation and creative destruction. This project applies the inductive method, since it allows obtaining information on a specific type of population, and then, adapting it in a more general context, such as the national market. Also, a mixed approach is employed in the process of gathering data, throughout the use of surveys and interviews to experts, in order to obtain relevant information. After analyzing the market study, the technical and financial chapter, it is concluded that this project is profitable. Finally, the investment amount will be recovered by the shareholders in the third year of operations.
