The purpose of this project is to create a business plan for a theme bar-restaurant in the north of the capital city Quito - Ecuador, based on the 1970s and 1980s concepts. The business plan has been divided into eleven chapters that describe the key factors to consider for the creation of the bar-restaurant in Quito. Chapter 1 describes aspects such as history, classification and categorization of the food industry, key point to understand the type of business that will be proposed. Chapter 2 describes the company’s mission, vision and objectives. The description of the company is vital for developing a strong identity and structure of the business. Chapter 3 describes the infrastructure and decorative elements based on the seventies and eighties. On this chapter there is an explanation about the accessibility for customers with disabilities.
El tema que se desarrolla a lo largo de este trabajo de titulación es un plan de negocios para la creación de un bar-restaurante temático de los años 70's y 80's en el sector norte de la ciudad de Quito. A lo largo del plan de negocios, se encuentran once capítulos en los que se desarrollan los puntos indispensables para la realización del mismo. Los aspectos que se toman en cuenta a lo largo del trabajo de titulación son: historia y categorización de la industria de la alimentación, descripción del negocio, instalaciones, análisis del micro y macro ambiente, investigación de mercado, marketing, marco legal, talento humano, marco operativo, plan financiero, conclusiones y recomendaciones, y por último, los anexos que complementan ciertos aspectos del plan de negocios...
