The business idea is to implement a sport complex of synthetic football fields and its variations, such as 7-7 football, 9-9 football, Football-tennis, Football-volley, Aiming Football, Footgolf, Football in the dark and Football with fluorescent clothing. The system of personal pay will also be used for the first time on synthetic courts. Exploratory research to gather necessary information to complement the business idea based on the tastes and preferences of potential consumers was conducted. Surveys were able to confirm the location, price and other tastes of customers. Two interviews were conducted with an owner and expert in management of synthetic pitches and a soccer field administrator, with their help it was possible to improve the idea of the business plan and came to the conclusion that it is a profitable business due to high demand in the sports market in the city of Quito, but the initial investment may be high if all possible scenarios for the constitution and building of a synthetic pitches business are not envisaged.
La idea de negocio es implementar un complejo deportivo de canchas sintéticas de fútbol y sus variaciones, Fútbol 7-7, Fútbol 9-9, Fútbol-tenis, Futbolley, Fútbol-Puntería, Futgolf, Fútbol a oscuras y Fútbol con ropa fluorescente. También se utilizará por primera vez en canchas sintéticas el sistema cobro personal para ingresar a las instalaciones. Se realizó una investigación exploratoria para recabar información necesaria para complementar la idea del negocio basándose en los gustos y preferencias de los potenciales consumidores. Con encuestas se logró conocer la ubicación, el precio y demás gustos de los mismos. Se realizaron dos entrevistas a un dueño y experto en administración de canchas sintéticas y a un administrador de canchas sintéticas, con su ayuda se pudo mejorar la idea del plan de negocio y se llegó a la conclusión de que es un negocio rentable debido a la alta demanda que existe en el mercado deportivo de la ciudad de Quito, pero que la inversión inicial puede llegar a ser alta si no se prevé todos los escenarios posibles para la constitución y construcción de un negocio como es el de las canchas sintéticas.
