The thesis project presented below is about the launch campaign of an American financial conglomerate (International Treasury), which seeks to create a representative office in Ecuador and start its operations in the Ecuadorian financial market. This International Treasury consists of three companies that work together to securely optimize the capital of their clients. The first is an Investment Advisor that would handle investment products from the American capital market. The second company is a Broker Dialer that is in charge of operationally processing the transactions carried out by the Investment Advisor worldwide. The third company is the one that handles all the products to fulfill risks of disease, retirement funds, retirement among others.
El proyecto de tesis que se presenta a continuación trata sobre la campaña de lanzamiento de un conglomerado financiero americano (Tesorería Internacional), que busca crear una oficina de representación en el Ecuador y empezar sus operaciones en el mercado financiero ecuatoriano. Esta Tesorería Internacional consta de tres empresas que trabajan en conjunto para de una manera segura optimizar el capital de sus clientes. La primera es un Investment Advisor que manejaría productos de inversión del mercado de capital americano. La segunda empresa es un Broker Dialer que se encarga de procesar operativamente las transacciones realizadas por el Investment Advisor a nivel mundial. La tercera empresa es la que maneja todos los productos para cumplir riesgos de enfermedad, fondos de jubilación, retiro entre otros.
