La educación y la capacitación son parte fundamental de la planificación de los Recursos Humanos y uno de los principios del desarrollo socio-económico de los pueblos, por lo tanto la integración de profesionales de la educación-estudiantes-padres de familia y comunidad hacia nuevas formas de trabajo provee ópticamente mucho más conocimientos. La sociedad del presente milenio en general y en particular la sociedad ecuatoriana atraviesan una crisis de valores en todos los ámbitos, debido a la pérdida de identidad y calidad humana, la moral y la ética es por tanto que las empresas educativas como la nuestra, tienen que velar por la formación integral de los jóvenes, quienes mañana serán los nuevos actores y conductores de la sociedad ecuatoriana. Con estas referencias se requiere capacitar a los docentes por medio de seminarios talleres progresivos que sirvan de base para la construcción del conocimiento con la utilización de métodos activos mejorará los aprendizajes en el área de Ciencias Naturales La presente tesis de el material didáctico en el aprendizaje del área de ciencias naturales de 4to a 7mo año de Educación General Básica de la Escuela “Alfredo Pérez Guerrero”, Recinto San Nicolás Parroquia Telimbela, Cantón Chimbo, Provincia Bolívar, durante el período lectivo 2012 – 2013, es importante ya que contribuirá de manera significativa en el desarrollo de los profesores y autoridades para tener una educación de calidad ya que se fundamentan en la interacción social, en las buenas relaciones humanas, el trabajo en equipo, la comunicación asertiva y un liderazgo definido.
