The present research project aims to determine the incidence of a computer system for the control of inventories of medicines and medical devices of the Alfredo Noboa Montenegro General Hospital, 2018. To obtain data such as the survey, the interview and the observation of the techniques and instruments of the research, establishing the processes and requirements of the pharmacy and warehouse service, which allowed the processing of data such as development, complying with the objectives outlined in this research project. The HoAs v3.0 application refers to the RAD (Rapid Application Development) methodology, using Free Software tools such as HTML child, PHP5 JavaScript, Ajax, Bootstrap, CSS and PostgreSQL. This research was carried out within the context of the four phases comprising the Methodology: Requirements Planning, Design, Implementation and Testing, which allows to determine the hypothesis proposed in this project. Hypothesis raised: With the implementation of a computer system to improve the control of inventories of medicines and medical devices in the General Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro.
El presente proyecto de investigación pretende determinar la incidencia de un sistema informático para el control de inventarios de medicamentos y dispositivos médicos del Hospital General Alfredo Noboa Montenegro, año 2018. Para la obtención de datos se utilizó la encuesta, entrevista y observación como técnicas e instrumentos de investigación logrando establecer los procesos y requerimientos del servicio de farmacia y bodega, la cual permitió el procesamiento de datos como su desarrollo cumpliendo con los objetivos trazados en este proyecto de investigación. La aplicación HoAs v3.0 se desarrolló bajo la metodología RAD (Desarrollo Rápido de Aplicaciones), mediante herramientas de Software Libre como son HTML, JavaScript PHP5, Ajax, Bootstrap, CSS y PostgreSQL. Esta investigación se realizó dentro del contexto de las cuatro fases que comprende la metodología: Planificación de requerimientos, Diseño, Implementación y Pruebas, permitiendo determinar la Hipótesis planteada en este proyecto. Hipótesis planteada: Con la implementación de un sistema informático mejorará el control de inventarios de medicamentos y dispositivos médicos en el Hospital General Alfredo Noboa Montenegro.
