Once the academic activities of the Accountancy and Audit department and the School of Business Management were completed, we had a pending investigation work prior to obtaining a professional degree in our beloved State University of Bolívar. Community solidarity funds have not only become a form of savings and credit, but also expand and go beyond the aspirations of those who comprise it, most of which are women who are highly organized and based on the principle of trust has allowed them to move forward. Faced with this requirement and after a series of analyzes, we are inclined to do this research work in the area of solidarity funds, and this is how being native of this province and interested in giving guidelines for solving the series of problems that afflict its inhabitants decided to focus on the Solidarity Fund of the Community of Casipamba Ignacio de Veintimilla Parish to investigate, analyze and suggest mechanisms for optimal functioning in the aforementioned sector. Throug h this research work, it is vitally important to highlight the influence of credit management in solidarity funds in the socioeconomic development of the inhabitants of the rural sector in different parts of the community that help in the opening and socioeconomic growth , as agriculture, livestock that impact on the development of the partners, based on their skills and abilities. For what can be concluded as a result of the present work that the existence and functioning of solidarity funds in the province and in this community have been very beneficial for the development of said people, remaining to improve certain processes in granting credits and in the resection of horros looking for ways to transform them into more agile and dynamic for the attention and immediate solution of the needs of their associates.
Una vez culminado las actividades académicas de la carrera de Contabilidad y Auditoría de y escuela de Gestión Empresarial nos quedó una tarea pendiente un trabajo de investigación previa a la obtención del título profesional en nuestra querida Universidad Estatal de Bolívar. Las cajas solidarias comunitarias no solo se han convertido en una forma de ahorro y crédito, si no también se expanden y van más allá de las expectativas y en las aspiraciones de quienes lo conforman siendo que en su gran mayoría son mujeres muy organizadas y basadas en el principio de la confianza les ha permitido seguir adelante. Ante este requerimiento y luego de una serie de análisis nos inclinamos por hacer este trabajo de investigación en el área de las cajas solidarias, y es así que siendo nativos de esta provincia e interesados en dar lineamientos para solución de la serie de problemas que aquejan a sus habitantes decidimos centrarnos en la Caja Solidaria de la Comunidad de Casipamba Parroquia Ignacio de Veintimilla Cantón Guaranda para investigar, analizar y sugerir mecanismos para el funcionamiento óptimo en el sector mencionado. A través de este trabajo de investigación, es de vital importancia el resaltar la influencia de la gestión crediticia en las cajas solidarias en el desarrollo socioeconómico de los habitantes del sector rural de diferentes partes de la comunidad el mismo que ayudan en la apertura y crecimiento socioeconómico, como agricultura, ganadería que impactan en el desarrollo de los socios, con base en sus capacidades y habilidades. Por lo que se puede concluir como resultado del presente trabajo de que la existencia y el funcionamiento de las cajas solidarias en la provincia y en esta comunidad han sido muy beneficiosos para el desarrollo de dicho pueblo, quedando por mejorar ciertos procesos en el otorgamientos de créditos y en la resección de horros buscando la forma de transformarlos en más agiles y dinámicos para la atención y solución inmediata de las necesidades de sus asociados.
