By presenting themselves as an important necessity to have an accounting system to improve administrative financial management in the Administrative Board of Water Assumption Parish, it is essential to address this shortcoming. That is why this research is an important contribution to, meet the gaps that occur in the institution with respect to the accounting department to have a better control over economic assets to research techniques which have been used as collection documentary, types of data collection, interviews, surveys, records, etc. Which has allowed to collect information from managers, partners. The main objective of this research is to result in an accounting system with all necessary proper handling of the same characteristics, so a computerized accounting systems and a manual system itemize it as a basis for application software , provide greater benefits in terms of useful, clear and agile addresses in activities that contribute to improving processes such as account accounting, financial reporting, general ledger, ledger, balance book, inventory, etc. In the First Capítulo.- theme, background, problem, justification, objectives and theoretical framework is divided into referential is presented is the story about the company, conceptual are terminology to be used and applied within the company and scientist are definitions taken from various authors, the same contributing to the scientific development of this work. Al presentarse como una necesidad importante el contar con un sistema de contabilidad para mejorar la gestión administrativa financiera en la Junta Administradora de Agua de La Parroquia la Asunción, se hace imprescindible el cubrir esta falencia. Es por esto que la presente investigación tiene un aporte importante para, conocer las carencias que se presentan en la institución en lo que respecta al área contable para tener un mejor control sobre los bienes económicos para lo cual se han empleado técnicas de investigación como la recopilación documental, tipos de recolección de datos, entrevistas, encuestas, fichas, etc. Lo cual ha permitido recopilar información de los directivos, socios. El principal objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es dar como resultado un sistema contable con todas las características necesarias un correcto manejo del mismo, por lo cual se detallas un sistemas informático contable y un sistema manual el mismo que servirá de base para la aplicación del software, brindar mayores beneficios en cuanto a direccionamientos útiles, claros y agiles en las actividades realizadas que contribuyen a mejorar procesamientos tales como cuenta contable, reporte financieros, libro diario, libro mayor, libro de balance, inventarios, etc. En el Primer Capítulo.- Se presenta tema, antecedente, problema, justificación, objetivos y marco teórico que se divide en referencial es la historia sobre la empresa, conceptual son terminología a usarse y aplicar dentro de la empresa y científico son definiciones tomadas de varios autores, los mismos que aportan al desarrollo científico del presente trabajo. En el Segundo Capítulo.- Se refiere a la aplicación de recolección de datos, análisis, discusión e interpretación de resultados, comprobación de hipótesis, conclusiones y recomendaciones.
