The communities of the Salinas parish are currently undertaking in the tourist area while conserving their natural and cultural resources, the same that make up the present study are; Yacubiana, Natawa, Mulidiaguán and Tigreurco which express their needs for the promotion of ventures that are feasible and generate economic and sustainable development. The inhabitants of these communities are willing to potentiate their natural and cultural resources that is why today each community has; the production of cheeses that are preferred by the international market, community tourist shelter and the realization of different tourist activities according to the climatic floors where they are located. This research is the result of the collection of information obtained through a field study and application of tourist inventory cards, surveys and interviews to the leaders of each community. The main objective is: To determine the tourism potential to improve the tourist offer from the community bases in the Salinas parish in such a way to generate a tourism management model that allows to improve the quality of life of its inhabitants increasing the tourist demand. In each community a diagnosis of the natural and cultural sites was made through the deductive method that can be considered as tourist attractions and the technical sheets were used for the preparation of the tourist inventory according to the methodology of the Ministry of Tourism. The proposal of the study carried out is based on the Design of a tourist product that includes the realization of a tourist package determining the tourist activities to be carried out according to the attractiveness of each community, thus integrating the developing communities of community tourism. Las comunidades de la parroquia Salinas actualmente se encuentran emprendiendo en el área turística conservando sus recursos naturales y culturales, las mismas que integran el presente estudio son; Yacubiana, Natawa, Mulidiaguán y Tigreurco las cuales manifiestan sus necesidades para el impulso de emprendimientos que sean factibles y generen un desarrollo económico y sustentable. Los moradores de estas comunidades están dispuestos a potencializar sus recursos naturales y culturales es por ello que hoy en día cada comunidad cuenta con; la producción de quesos que son preferidos por el mercado internacional, casa de acogida turística comunitaria y la realización de diferentes actividades turísticas acorde a los pisos climáticos donde están localizadas. La presente investigación es el resultado de la recopilación de información obtenida a través de un estudio de campo y aplicación de fichas de inventario turístico, encuestas y entrevistas a los dirigentes de cada comunidad. El principal objetivo es: Determinar el potencial turístico para mejorar la oferta turística desde las bases comunitarias en la parroquia Salinas de tal manera generar un modelo de gestión turístico que permita mejorar la calidad de vida de sus habitantes aumentando la demanda turística. En cada comunidad se realizó un diagnóstico de los sitios naturales y culturales a través del método deductivo que puedan ser considerados como atractivos turísticos y se utilizó las fichas técnicas para la elaboración del inventario turístico acorde a la metodología del Ministerio de Turismo. La propuesta del estudio realizado se basa en el Diseño de un producto turístico que comprende la realización de un paquete turístico determinando las actividades turísticas a realizar acorde al atractivo de cada comunidad, de esta manera integrar a las comunidades en desarrollo del turismo comunitario.
