The ethnographic study of the cultural heritage of the Santa Fe parish was carried out with the purpose of knowing the customs, traditions, legends, and way of life of its inhabitants and material and immaterial goods. In order to know the meaning of Cultural Heritage and what it encompasses, a conceptual framework was established in which concepts with their respective meanings are detailed according to the research topic. A referential frame of the location of the place of study was elaborated, in addition to the legal framework with the laws that protect, conserve and give valuation to the patrimonial goods in which this work is sustained. For the fulfillment of proposed objectives, the following methodology was applied: Field research, allowed to have a direct contact with the study subjects; bibliographic and documentary, helped to obtain information of texts and documents about the place and subjects of investigation; the Historical one, helped to know events of the past, as well as the age that have certain material goods, and the Descriptive allowed to describe the material and immaterial goods of the parish. The techniques used were the interview, directed to two members of the parochial GAD, and the focal groups through the instrument of characterization sheet directed to the inhabitants of the place; obtaining the necessary information, a register of the tangible and intangible assets was made in the INPC records. Once the material and immaterial goods was identified, the tourist guide it was made with the cultural manifestations of the parish.
El estudio etnográfico del patrimonio cultural de la parroquia Santa Fe, se realizó con el propósito de conocer las costumbres, tradiciones, leyendas, forma de vida de sus habitantes y bienes materiales e inmateriales. Para conocer el significado de Patrimonio Cultural y lo que abarca el mismo, se estableció un marco conceptual en donde se detallan conceptos con sus respectivos significados de acuerdo al tema de investigación. Se elaboró un marco referencial de la ubicación del lugar de estudió, además del marco legal con las leyes que protegen, conservan y dan valoración a los bienes patrimoniales en el cual se sustenta este trabajo. Para el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados, se aplicó la siguiente metodología: Investigación de campo, permitió tener un contacto directo con los sujetos de estudio; bibliográfica y documental, ayudó a obtener información de textos y documentos acerca del lugar y sujetos de investigación; la Histórica, ayudó a conocer acontecimientos del pasado, así como la edad que tienen ciertos bienes materiales, y la Descriptiva permitió describir los bienes materiales e inmateriales de la parroquia. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron la entrevista, dirigida a dos miembros del GAD parroquial, y los grupos focales mediante el instrumento de ficha de caracterización dirigida a los habitantes del lugar; obtenida la información necesaria se realizó un registro del patrimonio material e inmaterial en las fichas del INPC. Una vez identificados los bienes materiales e inmateriales, se elaboró la guía turística con las manifestaciones culturales de la parroquia.
