The problem under study deals with the lack of a specific monetary and savings fund model in the Cooperativa de Transportes Caluma, despite its years of operation, it has not given its members the opportunity to have a solidarity fund that has aim to offer financial products in a timely manner. This is the first research carried out on this subject within the cooperative, the findings that have been obtained will be useful for the administration of the cooperative and especially for the fund management commission or solidarity fund to be designed. The investigation was carried out to the partners that make up the Caluma Transport Cooperative and the administrative staff of the same. For the development of this research work was taken as a fundamental theoretical basis exposed by Antonio Y. Fabiola R. Maria de los Angeles Ch. José M. and Eduard T. on definition of joint savings and credit and Marcial C. on the financial management and the symbology of procedures of Sergio, H, will be applied to the realization of the process flowcharts. With the application of the research methodology, the method of managing the financial resources within the cooperative was determined, knowing the aforementioned leads us to establish strategies for the design of the solidarity fund. When designing a solidarity savings and credit fund with the monetary funds that are established to manage, the members of the Transport Cooperative have a measure of social and financial security, a fund that will be used at the moment in which the need and the established bylaws arrange it. The present research work will allow other institutions of the same rank to give importance to the need to have a fund that solves the partners at times when they need to resort financially to this economic tool
La problemática en estudio trata sobre la falta de un determinado modelo de fondo monetario de ahorro y crédito en la Cooperativa de Transportes Caluma a pesar de sus años de funcionamiento, no ha brindado a sus socios la oportunidad de contar con una caja solidaria que tenga como objetivo ofrecer beneficios sociales y productos financieros de forma oportuna. Se trata de la primera investigación realizada acerca de este tema dentro de la cooperativa, los hallazgos que se han obtenido serán de utilidad para la administración de la cooperativa y en especial para la comisión administradora del fondo o Caja Solidaria a diseñar. La investigación se realizó a los socios que conforman la Cooperativa de Transportes Caluma y al personal administrativo de la misma. Para el desarrollo del presente trabajo investigativo se tomó como base teórica lo expuesto por Antonio Y. Fabiola R. María de los Ángeles Ch. José M. y Eduard T. sobre definición de caja solidaria de ahorro y crédito, Marcial C. sobre la gestión financiera y se aplicara la simbología de procedimientos de Sergio, H, para la realización de los flujogramas de procesos. Con la aplicación de la metodología de investigación se determinó el método de manejo de los recursos financieros dentro de la cooperativa, al conocer lo mencionado nos lleva a establecer estrategias para el diseño de la Caja Solidaria. Al diseñar una Caja Solidaria de ahorro y crédito con los fondos monetarios que se establezcan manejar, los socios de la cooperativa de transportes tendrán una medida de seguridad social y financiera del cual harán uso en el momento en el que la necesidad y los estatutos establecidos lo dispongan. El presente trabajo investigativo permitirá que otras instituciones del mismo rango otorguen importancia a la necesidad de contar con un fondo que solvente a los socios en momentos en los que necesiten recurrir financieramente a esta herramienta económica
