The problem under study is related to the lack of creation of a solidarity fund in the FRUPASUR collection center, which promotes a real savings culture with its own resources and promotes the formation of a true productive and social heritage, which has negatively influenced the economic and social development of its partners. The development of this research work will provide the theoretical basis for its subsequent implementation within the various existing organizations in the environment, which after the study will give importance to this fund of contribution and aid as a mechanism of economic growth. As a theoretical basis, the above was taken on the popular and solidary economy, definition of the financial system according to Calvo et al. Cuervo y Velásquez referring to the definition of solidarity fund. The study was carried out to the partners that make up the FRUPASUR Collection Center and to the personnel that is in charge of the administration of the organization The methodology established the procedure by which the administrative and financial information necessary for the development of the research was handled within the FRUPASUR collection center, thus reaching the optimum means for the approach of the savings and credit tool. The solidarity fund will be the independent instrument currently formed by 35 members of the collection center, which will establish according to the bylaws that individual economic contributions be determined, preserving thems a savings fund and at the same time credit for each one of the members. That is to say, a vital mechanism in sustaining the needs of the partners at the moment they occur. This being the first research base within the organization regarding the subject, and emphasizing that the results obtained will serve as a basis for future proposals for changes in administrative and financial improvements Keywords: Cash solidarity, economy popular, savings, credit, center, stock.
El problema en estudio radica en lo correspondiente a la falta de creación de una caja solidaria en el centro de acopio FRUPASUR, la misma que fomente una cultura real del ahorro con recursos propios y promueva la formación de un verdadero patrimonio productivo y social, lo cual ha influido negativamente en el desarrollo económico y social de sus socios. El desarrollo de este trabajo investigativo proporcionará la base teórica para su posterior puesta en práctica dentro de las distintas organizaciones existentes en el medio, las que posterior al estudio realizado otorgaran la importancia a este fondo de aporte y ayuda como mecanismo de crecimiento económico. Como base teórico se tomó lo expuesto sobre la economía popular y solidaria, definición de sistema financiero según Calvo et al Cuervo y Velásquez referente a la definición de caja solidaria. El estudio se lo realizó a los socios que conforman el centro de acopio FRUPASUR y al personal que se encarga de la administración de la organización La metodología estableció el procedimiento mediante el cual se manejó la información administrativa y financiera necesaria para el desarrollo de la investigación dentro del centro de acopio FRUPASUR, llegando así a la consecución de los medios óptimos para el planteamiento de la herramienta de ahorro y crédito. La caja solidaria será el instrumento independiente conformado actualmente por 35 socios del centro de acopio, los mismos que establecerán según los estatutos que se determinen aportes económicos individuales, conservándolos como un fondo de ahorro y a la vez crediticio para cada uno de los integrantes. Es decir un mecanismo vital en el sustento de las necesidades de los socios en el momento en que ocurran. Siendo este la primera base de investigación dentro de la organización referente al tema, y haciendo énfasis de que los resultados que se obtengan servirán como fundamento para futuras propuestas de cambios en mejoras administrativas y financieras.
