La finalidad del presente proyecto, es determinar la factibilidad de crear la microempresa productora y comercializadora de snacks derivados del maíz y el haba, en el ciudad de Guaranda, Provincia Bolívar, año 2013, cuyo nombre será “MELI S.A”. En la ciudad de Guaranda este tipo de snacks lo producen y comercializan los pequeños productores de forma artesanal y rudimentaria evitando costos elevados en su producción, por tal razón nuestra empresa pretende ingresar al mercado ofertando snacks del maíz y el haba cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad en su producción y comercialización, de tal manera que nos permita obtener una rentabilidad económica en beneficio de la empresa. Para el estudio de mercado, se realizó una investigación de campo por medio de la observación directa y la encuesta, que fueron dirigidas a los consumidores; para luego comprobar que la demanda de la provincia Bolívar, no está siendo cubierta por la producción y comercialización de snacks derivados del maíz y el haba por parte de vendedores informales. En el estudio técnico, se determinó la localización del proyecto en la calle General Enríquez entre Selva Alegre y Monseñor Candido Rada donde la microempresa desarrollará sus operaciones respectivas; en un espacio físico o local de arriendo que tendrá una superficie de 80m2, distribuidos en diferentes secciones; donde se detalla en el proceso de producción y comercialización a realizar desde la recepción y almacenamiento de la materia prima e insumos. La inversión total para el proyecto asciende a 5.342,97 dólares, que servirá como aporte principal para iniciar la producción, la misma que se divide en: inversión fija de 3.445,00 dólares; inversión fija intangible de 1.100,00 dólares, y el capital de trabajo de 797,97 dólares. La determinación de los ingresos se lo realizó de acuerdo a las unidades producidas y comercializadas en el día se obtendrá 306 unidades de snacks de haba y 33 unidades de snacks de maíz diarias, mientras que los ingresos ascenderá a 38.251,20 dólares; obteniendo en el primer año una utilidad de 1.899,86 dólares. XIII En la Evaluación financiera se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados tomando a consideración un TREMA del 13,2%, VAN con un valor de 4.197,43 dólares la TIR alcanzó a un 46% por lo que se concluyó que el proyecto es viable los demás índices del análisis se calcularon con sus respectivos datos.
The purpose of this project is to determine the feasibility of creating the micro producer and marketer of snacks derived from corn and bean, in the city of Guaranda, Bolivar Province, 2013, which will be named "MELI S.A ".
