This research paper explores the structure of the administrative and operational organization with specialized police DINAPEN which performs, based on the efforts and performs specific functions in the province of Zamora Chinchipe, with the primary mission to ensure the protection and free exercise of the rights of children and adolescents. This investigation analysis was performed within the DINAPEN Headquarters of the Province of Zamora Chinchipe, identifying current problems having children and adolescents in the province; about the different areas of risk and vulnerability of rights, for the development of their actions, in their different fields of management, being: prevention, intervention and capitation. The staff working at the provincial headquarters of Zamora Chinchipe provides safety, support and protection to the children and adolescence; performing their actions based on current legislation, working in the best way possible, surpassing the disadvantages to provide optimal service to citizens, and fulfill its mission to ensure the protection of rights of children and adolescents.
El presente trabajo investigativo, explora la estructura de la organización administrativa y operativa con la que se desempeña la Policía Especializada DINAPEN, basándose en las gestiones y funciones específicas que realiza en la Provincia de Zamora Chinchipe, teniendo como misión primordial la de garantizar la protección y libre ejercicio de los derechos de la niñez y adolescencia. Para esta investigación se realizó un análisis dentro de la Jefatura de la DINAPEN de la Provincial de Zamora Chinchipe, identificando la problemática actual que tiene la niñez y adolescencia en la Provincia; sobre los diferentes ámbitos de situación de riesgo y vulneración de derechos, para el desenvolvimiento de su accionar, en sus diferentes campos de gestión que son: la prevención, intervención y capacitación. El personal que labora en la Jefatura Provincial de Zamora Chinchipe brinda seguridad, apoyo y protección a la niñez y adolescencia; realizando sus acciones basadas en la normativa legal vigente, desempeñándose de la mejor manera posible, sobrepasando los inconvenientes para brindar un servicio óptimo hacia la ciudadanía, y cumplir con su misión de garantizar la protección de derechos de la derechos de la niñez y adolescencia.
