Se determinó la factibilidad para la instalación de una micro empresa procesadora de frutas confitadas mediante un estudio de mercado, estudio técnico, estudio administrativo y evaluación financiera. En el estudio de mercado se determinó la demanda potencial del producto en el Distrito Metropolitano de Quito. La capacidad de producción diaria de la micro empresa es de 200 unidades de 250 g. En el estudio técnico se estableció el proceso de producción a emplearse en la elaboración del mix de frutas confitadas, el diseño de la etiqueta y el tipo de envase. También se determinó el tiempo de vida útil del producto que es de 2 años. En el estudio administrativo se identificó la misión y visión de la micro empresa, requerimiento de personal y las funciones de cada uno de los cargos, en base a esto se estableció la estructura organizacional de la micro empresa. En el análisis financiero se determinó un TIR de 86,36 %; VAN de $ 8 561,85; punto de equilibrio que se alcanzará al superar las ventas equivalentes a $ 94 875,49; la relación beneficio costo es de 1,4; RF de 89,78 %; PRI de 2,2 años y una ROI de 85,43 %. Este análisis permitió determinar la factibilidad del proyecto y la rentabilidad de la inversión.
The feasibility was determined for the installation of a micro processing company of candied fruits through a market study, technical study, administrative study and financial evaluation. In the market study, the potential demand for the product in the Metropolitan District of Quito was determined. The daily production capacity of the micro company is 200 units of 250 g. In the technical study, the production process to be used in the elaboration of the candied fruit mix, the design of the label and the type of packaging was established. The shelf life of the product, which is 2 years, was also determined. In the administrative study, the mission and vision of the micro company, personnel requirement and the functions of each one of the positions were identified, based on this the organizational structure of the micro company was established. In the financial analysis, an TIR of 86,36% was determined; VAN of $ 8 561,85; equilibrium point that will be reached when surpassing the sales equivalent to $ 94 875,49; the cost benefit ratio is 1,4; RF of 89,78%; PRI of 2,2 years and an ROI of 85,43%. This analysis allowed to determine the feasibility of the project and the profitability of the investment.
