El Trabajo Final de M?ster tuvo como prop?sito implementar un Plan de Acci?n Tutorial para la intervenci?n en el problema de aprendizaje de dislexia y disgraf?a que inciden de manera significativa en el rendimiento acad?mico de los estudiantes de S?ptimo A?o de la escuela ?Himmelmann?; ubicada en el cant?n Cayambe. Una de las dificultades m?s comunes que se muestran en la mayor?a de instituciones educativas son los trastornos de aprendizaje lecto-escritor; en tal virtud, se vio necesario efectuar un Plan de Acci?n Tutorial que nos permiti? obtener resultados como: intervenir de una manera sistem?tica, efectiva, adecuada y oportuna en el proceso de ense?anza-aprendizaje enfocado en atender las diferentes necesidades individuales, desarrollo de habilidades de eficiencia caligr?fica y lectora, aprendizaje aut?nomo, estudiantes con la capacidad de ?aprender a aprender? y la participaci?n activa de los agentes educativos en el proceso de intervenci?n y orientaci?n. Con el trabajo realizado se pudo concluir que gracias al trabajo cooperativo, la participaci?n, el inter?s, la dedicaci?n y responsabilidad de todos los agentes educativos se puede alcanzar las metas propuestas.
The purpose of the Master's Final Project was to implement a Tutorial Action Plan for the intervention in the dyslexia and dysgraphia learning problem that significantly affects the academic performance of the Seventh-Year students of the "Himmelmann" school; located in the canton Cayambe. One of the most common difficulties that are shown in most educational institutions are reading-writing learning disorders; in this virtue, it was necessary to carry out a Tutorial Action Plan that allowed us to obtain results such as: Intervene in a systematic, effective, adequate and timely manner in the teaching-learning process focused on meeting the different individual needs, developing the skills of Calligraphic and reading efficiency, autonomous learning, students with the ability to "learn how to learn" and the active participation of educational agents in the process of intervention and guidance. With the work carried out it was possible to conclude that thanks to the cooperative work, participation, interest, dedication and responsibility of all educational agents, the proposed goals can be achieved.
